Thanks for that. Very useful. It confirms that what I did yesterday is the right thing to do. After some playing I ended up in that screen and changed a few rights. It seemed to work.
Also good to see someone using that same backend and Zenoss version as us. I don't see much talk of SUSE for some reason. One thing I tried to do and failed badly was to add a new role of ZenHeldesk. When I tried to do anything with the role all I got was Zenoss error screens so I removed it and played with the standard ones.
