Thanks for the pointer, I think the problem was because I had a device that actually didn't respond to ping, until now I haven't seen any problems with zencommand since I deleted these devices but I will continue with loglevel=10 until tomorrw.
Is there an overview of which config-settings you can use in the daemon conf files?
