You need to set an upper limit for the threshold, at a level that you are concerned about. It's not unusual for an interface to take intermittent errors, so you will need to decide what you feel is an appropriate level to set it at. The Min level means an alert will be generated when that level is met. So setting it to 0, means you will get alerted as long as there are 0 errors being recorded. You should delete the 0 from the Min setting and leave it blank. The Max will generate an alert when it is met, so setting it to say 10, will generate an alert whenever 10 or more errors have occured during the last polling cycle. Remember that putting a 0 any either setting means the when the result is 0 you will get an alert. To disable either value, leave the value empty.
