You may want to try in the Zenoss Windows forum, but that specifically says you're not being given WMI access. SNMP data should return fine however. The error is a Windows error usually, and it's also usually due to Windows not liking the username/password for some reason. Could you try a username of DOMAIN\Zenoss and let us know if that works?
