I've been using zenoss for around 6-8 months now and I have been consistently updating and maintaining the configuration via the web interface, but now I need to be able to dynamically add/remove hosts and monitors for those hosts. Is there a way to export the current configuration of a zenoss host? Ideally I would like to be able to generate the API calls that would be necessary to recreate the custom templates and the per host/group template assignments that I have added so that the configuration/API calls would effectively act as documentation for the config as well.
