Well, the Admin guide goes over this a bit. MIBs are not used for creating graphs in Zenoss. Instead, you need to create a Template with datasources that return what you want. You then also define the graphs. The Zenoss Book also provides some good basic info on this process.
Zenpacks can bundle up templates and graph definitions for easy install on different zenoss servers.
