I'm going to assume per your mention of informant that you're trying to monitor Windows targets...
If you've got them in /Devices/Server/Windows in Zenoss, and you've got informant installed, there's two obvious possibilities 1) SNMP isn't working, i.e. wrong community, Windows doesn't accept SNMP connections from the Zenoss server, Firewall not configured right. 2) SNMP service is unable to load Informant for some reason. This happened on some of my Windows servers, and there was no fix, or support for informant from the vendor.
