I've been trying to install Zenoss on openSUSE 11.1 but have run in to some
problems.

Basically the text mode installer stops at the 100% mark, and it looks like it
stalls on starting something.

The pstree output at this point looks like:

Code:

                zenoss-stack-2.
                  └─su zenoss -c
/usr/local/zenoss/zenoss/bin/zeoctl\040start
                      └─.python.bin
/usr/local/zenoss/zenoss/lib/python/ZEO/zeoctl.py -C
/usr/local/zenoss/zenoss/etc/zeo.conf start
                          └─(.python.bin)

It stalls at this stage indefinitely. If I killer the installer and then try to
start Zenoss with the init script I get the following errors:

Code:
/etc/init.d/zenoss-stack start
/bin/sh: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/zenoss/common/lib/libreadline.so.5:
undefined symbol: BC
/bin/sh: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/zenoss/common/lib/libreadline.so.5:
undefined symbol: BC

No processes get started other than mysql.

Has anyone had this configuration work?
