Assuming that an snmpwalk shows your file systems in the right places, I'm guessing that the file system template either isn't bound or isn't working properly. Have you put your OpenFiler somewhere like /Devices/ Server/Linux? If the FileSystems use the same OIDs, the template should pick them up. If not, this may take a modeling plugin to massage the values coming out of the OpenFiler into the proper locations (which is what I believe the NetApp ZenPack had to do). Any other OpenFiler users want to chime in?
