So, here would be my next questions:
1. I'd like restrict logins to seeing only particular devices. For instance, if I create a login for a database admin, I want him to only see database servers, and problems associated with database servers. Similarly, if I created a customer login, I'd like them to only see their devices. I haven't found a way to do this yet. 2. Today, I've been getting a lot of "SNMP Agent Down" alerts (due to some servers having glitches), and they've numbered in the hundreds. How can I change this one alert to have a failure threshold of 2? Thanks! Michael
