This is not a medium level bug, this is an example of poor design, poor programming and poor testing. Anyone who codes for a living and is dealing with dates and times ALWAYS tests for time changes especially after the hoopla about y2k. The developer or developer who designed (?) this method should have been working 24 hours a day on a patch after it was reported.
Or maybe it was released knowing of this problem? Thats even worse. This is a MONITORING application! It has to be right or don't release the feature. I would rather wish for a feature that have a feature that doesn't work reliably. Has anyone tested that script? to see really what is does? If so please report. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=32072#32072 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
