I've entered in the proper username and password in the Devices\Properties section and I'm receiving this error:

Check your username/password settin > I know I have the right username and password. My password contains a special character (an @ sign). I have Zenoss Core 2.3 running at 2 other companies, and all I've ever had to do was install SNMP, WMI on the servers, set the community names, apply the correct zenoss packs, and give it a username and password.
