Hi,

I am new to the Zenoss boards but have been testing Zenoss for use in my
organization for some time now.

Recently, I set up several locations on our main instance and put in their
addresses using Lat/Long in the format of degress/minutes/seconds that I
obtained using Google Earth. After about a week I logged in this morning to
find that the points on the map have moved slightly despite no change in their
addresses. These changes aren't very drastic but it is somewhat frustrating.
They do not seem to be moved in any consistent way at all either. Some points
were shifted to the east, some to the west, and some north or south and all in
varying degrees.

I have tried clearing the Geocode cache in Zenoss the reloading the map and
this doesn't help the problem. Aside from that I don't know what else to do.
All of the coordinates for each of the locations are still correct according to
Google Earth as well. While these shifts are not huge, they are quite annoying
and some points have essentially lost their value for our uses.

Does anybody have any idea why this would be happening? Is there any way to
make these points go back to their original spots? Any help with this is
appreciated.

Thanks!
