Hello,

I have Zenoss 2.3.0 installed and have run into an issue with the performance
graphs.

I have 12 "Devices" added to the system. Most of these devices are Cisco
switch/firewall. I have installed the "Cisco ASA" Zenpack and have run into
some difficulty when trying to bind the template to Cisco ASA systems.

Here are some of the problems I have:

When binding the zenpack to some devices and then going to browse the "Perf"
tab, the graphs show up with the message "MISSING RRD FILE".

When binding the zenpack to one particular device zenoss seems to stop polling
date for other devices graphs on the "OS" tab and will not poll date for the
perf graphs.

I have also compiles the CISCO MIB's into zenoss.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have tried:

restarting both zenoss and mysql (from another post in this forum) and it does
not help.

running
Code:
zenperfsnmp run -d <device> -v 10

and I do not see any messages relating to collecting data for the OID's.

Thanks,
Mike
