Following the link to the ticket shows that the value for ssCpuRawIdle won't be 
used because it has a known fault.

> ssCpuRawIdle counter once it reaches the 32bit maximum. This causes reported 
> idle to drop to 0 once a machine has been on for a long stretch.

I am having issues with ssCpuIdle too on some SUSE 9 and 10 servers.  Seems to 
have maxed out as well and now only reads zero.
