If you just want the error to go away, simply remove the 
zenoss.snmp.UCDHardDiskMap from the list of zCollectorPlugins.

This plugin adds a Hard Disks section under the Hardware tab of a Linux device 
(not sure if it works under any other OSes) and monitors Disk IO. I find that 
different hardware platforms handle it differently, especially, different RAID 
controllers. I don't think that it is enabled by default, so you might want to 
remove it from all your Device classes, and add it to an individual device in 
each group to test it.
