Hello,

I am receiving an "Unable to read processes on device <hostname>" error for a
device.

The device is a Solaris 10 zone, and in the snmpd.conf file I have the
following entry for the specific process I want to monitor.

# proc: Check for processes that should be running.
# proc NAME [MAX=0] [MIN=0]
proc sapwebdisp

If I do an snmpwalk on prTable, it shows up (even from a remote host)

> /usr/sfw/bin/snmpwalk -v1 -c<community> <hostname> prTable
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prIndex.1 = INTEGER: 1
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prNames.1 = STRING: sapwebdisp
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prMin.1 = INTEGER: 0
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prMax.1 = INTEGER: 0
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prCount.1 = INTEGER: 1
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prErrorFlag.1 = INTEGER: 0
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prErrMessage.1 = STRING:
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prErrFix.1 = INTEGER: 0
UCD-SNMP-MIB::prErrFixCmd.1 = STRING:

So what's the deal with Zenoss, why is it reporting this error?

Thanks,
Kris
