zentrap.log seems like a false alarm for a discovery error message. Try removing the 'zenoss.snmp.RouteMap' from the zCollectorPlugins and see if you're able to add the device then. If that works I'm guessing you've hit the issue here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=21527#21527
