Hi All. Question. I'm stuck with another newbie problem and would appreciate some help.
I've been following the guide on http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/zenoss-guide/2.3.0/ch08s05.html and I've gotten as far as ensuring the sites are visible on the Google Maps as Green dots and there are devices associated to each site. The devices in each location are on different /24 of a 10.0.0.0/8 network and there is IP connectivity between the two offices but I can't seem to get it draw the link between these two routers. The networks on which both of these devices are on I've set to have Zlinks to true but still no joy. Is there anything specific that needs to set to monitor the connectivity between two different devices, given that they are on different networks? Do I have to define "monitor connectivity between a & b" somewhere? I'd really appreciate some advice from everyone who is FAR more learned here. Thanks in advance.
