There will not be dot on dot. All coordinates are in one layer. Only this layer is divided into different sub-locations. We have about 500 locations. We have 10 districts (sub-locations) and 60 municipalities (sub-sub-locations). So the mean number of different locations in one municipality is about 9. Then it's easier to find particular location, instead of scrolling through all 500 locations.
