We've been using nrpe (nagios remote plugin executor) for everything that Zenoss can't (yet) do. That was the easiest solution since we have replaced a Nagios setup with the Zenoss one.
This also allows us to run custom scripts (or any nagios plugin) on a remote machine and return the output to Zenoss in the same fashion that a Nagios plugin would. In this case we'd use the "check_procs" nagios plugin. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=33200#33200 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
