Yeah, what James said. You're missing 1 element on the end which would give you the specific device you'd like to monitor/graph.
Go to your Template -> your data point There's a test option, type in the name of a server and click test. You'll get (snmpwalk) data back out. But Zenoss DataCollector doesn't assign data from tables, it needs a specific (as in complete) OID. So look at the test data and pick the index for the value you want, go back to the OID and add it on to the end (e.g. 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.2). Then save, retest against the same device to make sure you get a good reading, then wait 5-10 minutes for the DataCollector to gather enough data to start graphing.
