Hi, After upgrade to 2.3.3 some of the windows application eventlog events began to have null summaries and unknown eventclasses in zenoss. I haven't been able to find any resolution for this yet.
I raised verbosity for zeneventlog, zenactions and zenwin. No luck so far. Then I checked windows eventlogs, there is summaries there but somewhere in the wmi/zenwin/zeneventlog layer these summaries are not parsed properly. One thing in common is that these null events are all from one software company... Could this be some version problem of wmi or some other component? Or locale problem? Where and what to dig?
