I have 40 hp printers, divided by model. All graphs working fine until yesterday. 2 printers and only 2 but each are in the same subdevice and the HP laserjet 1505 model. They were showing page count and toner used and max toner until 11:30 am yesterday at that time they only show maxToner.
If I go to the data source and test the source against the actual printer I get the correct information that maps to the same number in snmpwalk. So then number is being collected but not showng up in the graph. All this is the same on both of these printers and the rest are fine and all use the same template. As a test I created a new graph with just one of the data points. It showed all the data until 11:20 yesterday then shows cur:nan. I deleted a printer and added it back in at a different class and the same graph problem. What really puzzels me is that it is successfully testing the oid in the datasource and it is only on these 2 printers. Also very puzzeling is that it is graphing the maxtoner data but not the actual toner. HMMMM? I did check that toner is actually in the printers. I can snmpwalk and get toner info just as I can see it when I test the datasource. So in short I am collecting the data from the oid just like all the other printers. I can snmpwalk the actual printer and it is showing me the same data. As far as I can see all the stuff is correct but it is not graphing. Any thoughts on this? -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=34078#34078 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
