Hello,

when rPath appliance starts scheduled or manual update, it get the following 
error:


> Looking for available updates ...
> 
> Failed: (Unknown Exception Type) Error occurred opening repository 
> https://update.zenoss.com/conary/:
> 
> There was an error contacting the repository. Either the server is
> 
> configured incorrectly or the request you sent to the server was invalid.
> 
> <ProtocolError for https://update.zenoss.com/conary/: 500 Internal Server 
> Error>


When I try to reach the server via Browser it shows:


> Internal Server Error
> 
> The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
> to complete your request.
> 
> Please contact the server administrator, r...@localhost and inform them of 
> the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have 
> caused the error.
> 
> More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
> Apache/2.0.61 (rPath) Server at update.zenoss.com Port 443


Can someone from the Zenoss-Team explain?
Is the Server down?
