Did you ever find a remedy to this problem? I am having the same problem. I have a set of devices the use snmp port 8001. I have defined the device class for these devices to have zSnmpPort=8001. When I create a performance template, and test an OID, the test host does not respond because it does not look like it's using the port specified in the zProperties.
