Hey all, I'm running Zenoss 2.3.3 currently and I'm wondering if there is a way to "re-tag" windows events as less severe as Zenoss currently sees them. We have backup software that runs nightly and makes a log entry every time it skips a file. This means I have a bunch (100s) of severe notifications (color orange) that never clear and I have to manually clear.
It'd be nice to modify Zenoss to prioritize those "errors" different, or less severe. Any ideas?
