Ok. Found it.. Say you want to monitor apache. If you do a snmpwalk on the
machine/service you want to monitor, it should show up as:

TCP-MIB::tcpConnState.0.0.0.0.80.0.0.0.0.0 = INTEGER: listen(2)

If it doesnt. Run a netstat -an on the machine you wish to monitor. If the
service shows up as:

tcp        0      0 :::80                     :::*                        LISTEN

You need to configure apache to listen on 0.0.0.0 so it will then look like

tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:80                  0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN

It will now show up in your snmpwalk so remodel zenoss and bobs your second
wifes cousin.
