jmp242, SNMP itself is not reporting over 100%, it is Zenoss that is reporting it. The only way I have found to work around it, is to go to the OS tab of the server and delete the filesystem, wait 10 minutes and then remodel the server. This works about 30-50% of the time. I realize that I can suppress the alert, but I would much rather find the fix.
