bigegor I have installed the PSP on both the Zenoss server and a remote server. I can get the hardware info from the Zenoss server but not the remote server. Using the System Manangement Homepage on the remote server I can see the hardware information. My problem seems to be with snmp configuration, I am still a newbie with this so is there a tip you can give me in making sure that the snmpd.conf files are setup right. Thank you.
