My suggestion would be to use iperf for the throughput test and just graph the interfaces of the centos boxes.
If you enable snmp on the centos boxes of the branch offices zenoss can graph the interface(s) of the centos boxes. Then install iperf on them and setup a crontab for iperf to do the test on a given time. Setup an iperf server on the location that has the most bandwidth and you're about done. You could look at the multi-graph reports to aggregate the information into one graph.
