Thanks for your reply. The issue has been resolved and it was something related to my firewall. I have disabled it completely and it resolved the issue. But please note that allowing 161 and 162 UDP ports in Zenoss server didn't resolved the issue. As a workaround, I have whitelisted the device IP in zenoss server.
