Unfortunately theyre stored in the ZODB. You could probably write a simple zendmd script to insert a text file into zope, check out the manage_editEventClassTransform() and testTransformStyle() functions in Module ZenEvents.EventClass.
I just write them in textmate and paste them into the Transform field.
