I don't know whether Zope can listen on multiple interfaces, but it probably 
can.

This is a hacky solution, but you could also set static routes:

For example on your router on the 172.16.0.10 subnet, set a static route for 
10.0.0.10/32 with a next-hop of 172.16.0.10, then your router will forward 
applicalbe traffic to the zenoss box and as long as the routing table on there 
is sane, the zenoss box should know what to do with it.
