Hi Guys, I have written some custom commands to push a mail into our helpdesk system. We are also using some code to suppress event notification if a ping fails (Events , Transform). http://blog.zenoss.com/2009/05/27/tip-of-the-month-event-suppression/
The suppression works great, but it seems as if the custom command still runs for every event. ie. The notifications are suppressed, but the custom commands are still triggered. Does anyone have a suggestion as how I can supress the custom commands also? Something like, if suppressing, dont run custom commands!
