I am wanting to export my devices in Zenoss on my old server and import them in Zenoss on a new server. Both servers are running 2.3.3. I issued the following command as I stepped out the door for the evening, fully expecting a fully populated XML file the next morning:
zendevicedump -o mydevicelist.xml Instead, I return and the command is still running. I start another LINUX session and see that the mydevicelist.xml is zero bytes in length. It appears the process has done nothing. I attempted to CTRL-C to kill the process without any luck. It appeared hung. I killed my process, restarted and again am having the same results. Am I doing something wrong or is this some type of bug?
