Ahh. Found it. In the daemons tab, "zenmodeler" wasn't running. I started
it, and it quickly gobbled up all the memory, and the machine was swapping like
crazy. Shut down the VM, bumped up the ram to 3.5G, and now I see _everything_
I've added over the past few days that I thought was missing.

The only odd part is I still can't find the Zenoss specific logs. I'm using
the prebuilt VM, and all the logs I have are in /var/log, but none of them seem
to zenoss specific (I mean I see lighthttpd logs, but that's it).
