Hi epsilon, Before you can add any process to be monitored in the 'OS' tab for the device, you will need to add an entry for it under Classes -> Services (or Processes, depending on which it is).
You can select whether or not to place it under one of the sub-folders already created. I would suggest doing this as the service/process you want to monitor might already be there. If it is already present, simply click on the service or process name, click on the 'Edit' tab and select "True" next to 'Monitor' and save. If it's not already present, click on the down arrow next to 'Services' or 'Processes' (depending on where you're at) and select 'Add Service' or 'Add Process'. Type in the name of the service/process and hit the 'OK' button. Next you will need to locate the service/process in the list and click on it. Again, go to the 'Edit' tab and select "True" next to the 'Monitor' option and save. That's pretty much it.
