Seams like today is the day I get people to test my newly written ZenPacks

Short answer is: You can't do that with the Min/Max Threshold that comes with
Zenoss. The Min/Max Threshold can only compare modeling data against a single
RRD performance datapoint. That did annoy me long enough that I started writing
my own ComparatorThreshold ZenPacks two weeks ago for exactly that purpose.

My ComparatorThreshold only allows percentage based threshold and can't
evaluate Tales expressions. But it allows comparing multiple data points
against each other.

If you have a box with Mercurial http://mercurial.selenic.com installed you can
fetch the ZenPack Code with hg clone
https://atrawog-zenoss-community.googlecode.com/hg/zenpacks/ZenPacks.atrawog.ComparatorThreshold
or download the egg file version of the ZenPack from
http://code.google.com/p/atrawog-zenoss-community/source/browse/zenpacks/ZenPacks.atrawog.ComparatorThreshold/egg

The code reached a workable state last week and should work fine for you
purpose. But I still advice you to give it some testing on a non production
critical Zenoss server.
