this is usually because zenoss cant snmp query the device. 1 Check and make sure you setup ms snmp 2. Check and make sure you installed the snmp informant package 3. Check that your community string is correct 4. Check that you zenoss server is an allowed management workstation 5. Check and make sure you can use snmpwalk from the zenoss server to query the device.
