Hi Zenoss users, I am integrating Zenoss with BMC Patrol for my company using the following information:
http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/zenoss-guide/2.3.0/ch12s14.html I have noticed that the Clear alarm msg text contains the text from the original alert.
