Hi,

I've just one idea or hint which could be a reason for having empty graphs
after the update:

I always had the problem that I have to poll the 64-bit counter from my
switches but the interface-type was recognized by Zenoss as "ethernetCsmacd".
Therefore zenoss chooses the equivalent template with just 32-bit counters,
right?

The solution was to make a copy of the "ethernetCsmacd_64" and place it to the
node "/Device/Network/Switch" and name it "ethernetCsmacd". So this will be
used for the switch but uses now the 64-bit counter.

I still have the copy of that template in that place. That is the reason why I
have this idea.

When I now look at the switches I find out that the interface-type ist now
"ethernetCsmacd_64"!!!!

So, Zenoss will choose the original template from "/Devices", right?

Might it be that the results of that template will not be added to the graph
generated from the other template?
And if so, how can it be solved?
Just rename the copied template, for example --- I'll try that later...

Best regards
Patrick
