I had the same issue. But I had 2 different versions installed and it was trying to run the command from the 1.12 folder and wasn't found.
I uninstalled ALL the netapp packs. Deleted the custom MIB, then installed 1.13 fresh from scratch and it worked. The only issue I have now is that when a volume is full, the email notification just says how many bytes are used, not the % of space used.
