Hi all... Is there a way to set conditional processing or processing order on alerts?
Here is my situation; I want the Operations group to get all alerts that come out, 24x7. I have a process monitor that periodically sends a false alarm, but only once. I want that process monitor to only alert if the process has failed twice. I have tried setting a "device" and "count" filter on a second alert definition, but the restricted alerting rule never processes or is overridden by the 24x7 alert?
