Greetings....
Does the IfAlias information you're looking for show up in the OS tab,
Interfaces table, in the column "Description"? It looks like that's where its
supposed to show up if we're talking about the OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.18
If that's what you're looking for, then you should be able to access the info
with something like ${here/description} in your graph template
