GO to the VMware server / ESX manager console to see if it picked up DHCP, it will tell you on console.
If vmware appliance go to http://your.zenoss.server:8004 If not you can scan with nmap for open SSH and Web responding on port 8004, and 8080... You find a box with all three most likely it is zenoss.
