Just deleting the relevant files will do, but to be safe, the snmp collector should be stopped first (Settings --> Daemons --> zenperfsnmp --> Stop).
Then the files can be deleted. e.g.: rm -f /opt/zenoss/perf/Devices/*/ssCpuRaw*.rrd and the collector started again.
