If you're talking about the actual network map, then you need to make sure that your flash player plugin is working properly. You'll also need to make sure that Zenoss has collected enough data (route data) to display the map. You also need to pick a starting point in the input field on the top left. This can be a device name or IP. You can set a default starting point under Settings -> Users -> <Username> -> Network Map Start Object.
If you're talking about the google maps not showing up, make sure that you have a correct Google Maps API Key set under Settings. You may also need to clear your geocode cache by going to Locations and selecting Clear Geocode Cache from the dropdown menu. Hope this helps.
