hai, when ever , i am adding a new server to zenoss, if the drop down button of os product is not having the right os product version, i am trying to add the version manually,but its not getting added to os product drop down list.
i am using zenoss 2.4.2 vertual applicance, can any body pls raise a ticket for this issue....
