Looks like Zenoss is getting overwhelmed and not collecting perf info 
there... I haven't seen forum reports of this recently, but if I recall 
correctly, you'll want to see - is this happening for many devices? Just 
one?

I'd almost guess check I/O performance of the Zenoss server, especially 
disk, it's got to write the RRDs out...

Also, are the gaps when ZenModel is running - they look like they might 
be, though they are a little irregular. In that case, you'll want to 
figure out if you can turn off the auto - re-model, beef up your server 
to handle it and perf collection, or live with it I think...
